BUILT FROM DECKING UP
Full Roof Replacement
A full replacement makes sense when the shingles are worn out across the whole roof, leaks keep coming back, or storm damage is too widespread to patch.
What you notice, what we do
Signs it is time
- Shingles curling, cracking, or losing granules on most slopes
- Leaks in more than one spot, or repairs that keep failing
- A sagging or uneven roofline
- Widespread hail or wind damage on an approved insurance claim
- The roof is near the end of its expected life
Then we take it from here
How it works
Inspect and measure
We photograph every slope, check the attic, and measure the roof for a written estimate.
Protect the property
Landscaping, siding, and the driveway are covered before tear-off begins.
Tear off to the decking
Old shingles and underlayment come off. Any damaged decking is photographed and shown to you before it is replaced.
Install the new roof
Underlayment, flashing, ventilation, shingles, and ridge caps go on as one system.
Clean up and final inspection
Debris is hauled away and we walk the finished roof with you.
What you get
Delivered on every job
- Written estimate before any work starts
- Photos of the decking and any repairs
